newport Beach Residence

Located in the Harbor Hills community in Newport Beach. Our mission was simple to create a timeless residence that maximizes the views and light. On each project the entry procession is broken into a series of movements to allow an experience of arrival rather than a simple front door. All senses are targeted from the reflecting pool providing gentle water lapping to the cool coastal breeze flowing through the home. To break apart the program the swimming pool is turned 90 degrees from convention and almost comes into the residence.
